A full interior and exterior session, shot to the best sky the week gives us.
A complete walk of the house and grounds: every principal room, the flow between them, the pool and outdoor living, and the elevations that open the listing. Lightly furnished reads clean when the architecture carries the frame, so the work is proportion, sightline, and light.
The window runs Monday at noon through Tuesday at ten. Tuesday morning holds the better odds for sky, so that is the plan, and we adjust if the forecast turns.
Both are optional and can be added or dropped before Tuesday without affecting the session rate. No floor plan or other add-ons included.
A perpetual license to use the images for marketing this property: website, social, email, print collateral, brokerage and MLS distribution, and press or editorial placement. Resale or sublicensing to third parties as stock is not included. Copyright and portfolio use remain with the photographer.
